All FHIR projects are focused transferring patient data across different platforms without data lost (structured data).

The American College of Radiology (ACR) is now involved to provide accurate and appropriate terminology for the Breast Imaging IG, that will foster acceptance and support of the developed terminology among ACR affiliated clinicians and researchers who will be involved in the process, leading to greater acceptance and use of the Breast IG when it is released.
