INDICATED PROBLEMS SCREEN OPTION
The option was added to incorporate up to 7 custom buttons on lower row on main indicated problems screen, for quick access, eliminating entering the User Defined screen to select.
To have custom buttons added, contact Application Support, indicate finding name, and if to be projected in depth view also.
INDICATED PROBLEMS FINDINGS DATE OR AGE DATE STAMP, AND HIDE
Did you know that a finding can reflect patient age instead of date?
Date displays on breast diagram after finding as month/year, patient age follows @ sign.
To reference as age, double tap in Age cell in grid and select age.
Reference to date can be remove by double tapping in date cell and tapping Clear button, for example moles.
To hide a historical finding, tap on the hide cell in grid associated with finding. To show hidden items, tap the Show Hidden button. To restore items to be displayed, deselect the hide selector associated with finding.
MEDICAL AND RISK HISTORY SCREEN ADDITIONS
Added automatic selection of history of biopsy where; hyperplasia, and /or atypia hyperplasia, and/or LCIS, based on record of pathology finding.
Added Not Ashkenazi, to avoid question during interview process. Ashkenazi increases the Tyrer Cuzick risk assessment value.
Added weight gain and or Loss of 25 lbs during last year.
Added as closure to family breast cancer history,
No other family breast cancer history.
Added Average daily alcohol beverage consumption greater than 2.
This selector does not input into risk assessment engines.
