Alternate Template Formatting Options

Over the years, we have accumulated many standard formatting options for report layout that may have interest. Besides separate header sections, comparison statements can be trimmed to dates only removing location and exam type.

Separate with uppercase header section for Mammography

• CLINICAL: for clinical information.
• COMPARISONS: for comparisons instead of incorporating within the finding section. (also option dates only)
• TECHNIQUE: addressing views, reconstruction, and CAD.
• TISSUE DENSITY: for breast density statement instead of incorporating within the finding section.
• FINDINGS: adding as separator

Separate with uppercase header section for Ultrasound

• CLINICAL: for clinical information.
• COMPARISONS: for comparisons instead of incorporating within the finding section. (also option dates only)
• TECHNIQUE: addressing scanning regions, and CAD if applicable.
• FINDINGS: adding as separator

Separate with uppercase header section for breast MRI

• CLINICAL: for clinical information.
• COMPARISONS: for comparisons instead of incorporating within the finding section. (also option dates only)
• FINDINGS: adding as section separator

Separate with uppercase header section for procedures (biopsies, localizations, aspirations, etc)

• PROCEDURE DESCRIPTION: Includes consent, views, techniques, JCO…..
